How do contracts work?
You sign either a monthly or an annual contract — use the toggle above to compare the two. Annual contracts are billed upfront at a discount off the monthly per-property rate; monthly contracts are billed every month at the standard rate. Either way, pricing scales with the number of properties in your portfolio, not with document volume.
Is there a pilot?
Ask us during your demo about starting with a subset of your portfolio before rolling out to the rest — we can talk through what makes sense for your deal flow.
How accurate is the extraction?
We're not going to hand you a made-up accuracy percentage — anyone can print a number, and it means nothing without knowing what it was measured against. Every extracted value shows a confidence level and links back to the exact page and quote it came from, so you or your analyst can verify any figure in seconds rather than trusting a black box.
How is our data secured and isolated?
Your documents and the data extracted from them are stored under your account and are never shared with, or resold to, a third party. You can delete any document and its extracted data at any time, and no credentials or secrets are ever stored in our codebase — only in environment configuration.
Do you use our documents to train AI?
No.
How do I cancel?
Contact us and we'll process the cancellation at the end of your current billing period.
